COVID 19 Statement

The health and safety of all of our customers and staff is our primary concern and priority. We are monitoring the information from the World Health Organization (WHO) and are closely following the advice provided by the Government and Public Health England to ensure a safe environment and to avoid any unnecessary worry.

 

To support increased personal hygiene on our coaches, mini-coaches and buses, we are putting strengthened measures in place to enhance sanitization and focused cleaning; his includes but is not limited to:-

 

• We are operating an even more robust vehicle cleaning schedule

• Face coverings or visors should be worn for your comfort and peace of mind.

• Providing hand sanitiser to help customers clean their hands more frequently

• Staff are being more encouraged to maintain good hand, respiratory and personal hygiene by employing the “Catch it, Bin it- Kill it, - Ethos.

• Coach seating at present will be allocated down the window side of the coaches, to comply with guidance, except where a family or bubble connection occurs

• A well-coordinated emergency management system in place at all times.

• Finally, the single most important precaution that everyone can take is to observe good personal hygiene including washing your hands regularly.
