All our Coaches/Minicoaches are covered by our agreement with the Department of Transport, to undertake an annual test of fitness, plus a six weekly inspection and furthermore any defects that occur during these periods are reported and rectified as quickly as possible.

All drivers on private hire and excursions are uniformed and will readily have available information regarding forthcoming excursions/holidays that you may have seen advertised, if they haven't, then they will take your details and follow the enquiry up on your behalf.

As with all aspects of hiring whether it be private hire, excursion or charter holiday, it has to be viable, so with day excursions, we will give 5 clear days notice if insufficient clients have booked and with holidays it would be 14 days prior to date of departure. Private hire based on a deposit received, if the balance is not paid on time 7 days prior to job date (14 days if an airport contract), then the client will be contacted and upon approval of the vehicle will be released back on hire. The deposit will not be refunded, but may be transferred once the facts have been disclosed.
