With reference to day excursions, we must put in a disclaimer as follows:-

  1. Seats reserved on full payment of excursion
  2. No refunds given unless the seat is successfully resold. Less administration fee.
  3. Unless numbers reach minimum loading, then 5 days notice will be given and a full refund or credit note will be issued.
  4. Pick up points are set, further pick up points required may be subject to a surcharge, this also applies to drop off points, subject to driver's hours regulations, there may be occasion where additional pick/drop points cannot be change.
